Conference Floor
The conference rooms can chair groups from fourteen members up to sixty.
Starting with meetings regarding city planning, groups discussing a wide range
of topics are expected to make use of these facilities.

The office of the Nagoya Urban Institute and rooms for research to be conducted by entrusted experts.

Library
Here we have the city planning specialist library, where magazines and other specialist publications on the subject of the city planning, urban development, environmental issues and other administrative information of other major cities can be found.

Plaza
On this floor there is a permanent exhibition showing the history and future prospects in urban development, a temporary exhibition of specialized programs as well as a large scale lecture room with a capacity for 200 people.
